Last summer I was very fortunate to make new acquaintances through my gallery. They live on a nearby Bay called Prospect Bay, and invited me for a tour of some of their favourite spots by boat. It was near dusk and I thought that it would be too dark to get any good photographs to work from, but how wrong I was. The water was glassy and the scene was lit by a deep purple/pink light. I have a feeling that this may grow to be a larger painting eventually.
