Hangman’s Beach

One of my favourite beaches is on McNab’s Island in Halifax Harbour. Beautiful smooth stones in a long horizontal swath; the colours of beach glass evoke ideas of the sea pounding just beyond view. Fish Store Roof

Peggy’s Cove retains many of it’s old wooden fish stores.
